Staff Durability (v0.7a)

A few tweaks here and there and staff now has durability, displayed in the top-left corner of the screen as a purple bar. You can't use a staff when it's out of durability.

In the future, I will add a weak fallback staff that you use when your main staff is out of durability. This will encourage players to swap to new staff they find instead of using the same one forever.

Also, I updated everything relating to the project to use the new name "Tiny Wizard' from the old boring "Game Off 2024" title.
