Another New Boss (v0.22a)

Here I've added the Overgrowth region back into the game via the new layout system. I've also added a WIP boss for the Overgrowth. I plan to add some more abilities to the boss and of course, he will require balancing after some playtesting, but for now, I'm quite pleased with him.

The game is really starting to take shape now. And with 5 days left in the jam, I'm hoping I can push for another area (maybe two).
